Self-Care Toolkit and Self-Compassion

Self-care for caregivers is not only about adding restorative activities to an already full life—it often begins with subtracting what drains us. In this session, we explore how setting boundaries, saying “no,” and simplifying commitments can create essential space for rest and renewal. We will also cultivate self-compassion as a grounding practice, helping us respond to our own needs with the same understanding and tenderness we offer to others. Through guided reflection and peer support, caregivers will begin crafting a personalized self-care toolkit that feels realistic and nourishing.
