Heather Kraft resides in Portland, OR and was a caregiver for her father for 6 years before he passed away in January of 2025. She joined a HOPE support group in 2021 and found it to be the best source of information, effective tools, and loving community. She became a group facilitator in order to continue supporting caregivers and contributing to her community. Outside of HOPE, Heather’s self-care habits include dancing and caring for her many houseplants.
