Sandy Theis

After a rewarding career as a nurse educator, Sandy Theis retired in 2008. Since then, she has remained active in her community by volunteering with several organizations, many of which serve older adults. Sandy and her husband live in Ashland, Oregon. As a HOPE Support Group Leader, she welcomes the opportunity to support caregivers. She helps create a welcoming space where caregivers can find understanding, encouragement, and connection throughout the dementia journey.
