Pam Stover serves as a HOPE Volunteer Support Group Co-Leader. After more than 50 years in nursing, she now dedicates her time to serving her community through volunteer work.
Throughout her career, Pam specialized in psychiatric-mental health nursing and advanced gerontological nursing. In addition, she gained personal insight into dementia when she helped her mother care for her father after he developed Alzheimer’s disease.
Because of both her professional and personal experiences, Pam understands the challenges caregivers face. She also knows how important it is to have a place where people feel heard, understood, and supported. Today, she welcomes the opportunity to support families navigating the dementia journey and believes no caregiver should walk it alone.
