At HOPE Dementia Support, we know that caring for someone with dementia can sometimes feel overwhelming, isolating, or even lonely. But here’s the good news: you don’t have to do it alone.

Every week, care partners come together in our support groups – around those tables, something beautiful happens—friendships form, stories are shared, and people find strength in one another. There is room for both laughter and tears, and everything in between – community becomes family.

HOPE isn’t just a program. It’s a community where you’ll find:

Understanding voices — People who truly “get it” because they’re walking a similar path.
Practical wisdom — Tips and resources that make daily life a little easier.
Encouragement — A reminder that even in the hardest moments, you are not alone.

The connections formed in our groups don’t end when the meeting is over. Join us at — the Memory Cafe, the “Meet Me at…” series, Community Education, special events, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships that bring all of us together in fun and meaningful ways.

Whether you’re caring for a loved one, looking to volunteer, or simply wanting to support families in our community, there’s a place for you here.

Join us. Share your story. Find your people.

Together, we are building a community where courage, compassion, and hope are always close at hand.
